Consultation on Extending Nursery Provision at Christ Church CE Primary and Nursery Academy
Christ Church CE Primary and Nursery Academy is exploring the exciting opportunity to extend our current school-based nursery provision to welcome children from 9 months old. As part of our ongoing commitment to serving our community, we aim to provide high‑quality early education delivered by experienced, well‑trained staff in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
We invite parents, carers, and members of our local community to share their views on this proposal. Your feedback is incredibly important in helping us shape a provision that truly meets the needs of local families.

Nursery Application
Nursery Opening Hours
The nursery is open for 38 weeks of the year, from 9:00am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only.
Our core hours are 9:00am to 3:00pm. The EYEE free entitlement (15 or 30 hours per week) can be accessed using the following sessions:
- 9:00am to 12:00pm
- 12:00pm to 3:00pm
- 9:00am to 3:00pm

Some families are entitled to Tax Free Childcare Tax-Free Childcare - GOV.UK or Universal Credit Childcare Universal Credit and childcare - GOV.UK to help with the expense of additional childcare hours. We fully support families with this process by issuing a monthly invoice, upon request, within the date range you require to process your claim with them.
